Great spcks...first pair lasted two years worn almost everyday!
Made extremely well as I worked for Cabelas when I bought my first pair. Buy all my farm to feet socks online! Thank you for a truly wonderful and well made product
I wore Farm To Feet for the duration of my southbound thru-hike on the Appalachian Trail. The socks held up well the entire 2,200 miles, and still have plenty of life. For comfort, durability, and performance, Farm-To-Feet delivers.
14 hours days stay dry, stay comfortable, stay up without sliding down all day. Must have for long days on your feet.
Great socks. Thank you!
My first new socks in years, they feel so good!
I am most pleased with my new socks. They are very comfortable and warm will make great socks for dress too.
Very nice quality socks. I previously had the Damascus elite hikers, which were fabulous. These don’t quite have as much cushioning, but are still a good sock. They wash very well and they should hold up. Wish they would bring back the Damascus elite hikers.
My son was telling me how much he loved Farm to feet socks, so he, my grandson, my grandson in law, my daughter in law, my granddaughter and my husband will all be getting a pair for Christmas!!
The socks do have a good feel and wear well. My only concern is the longevity of the material in the toe box. It does. It seem incredibly resilient especially if used a a sport / hiking sock. The wear spots at the toes appear after only a dozen wears or so.
These are some of the most comfortable moisture wicking socks i've ever worn!
Functionality and comfort. A great everyday sock.
I’m a fireman so I’m on my feet a lot and in different boots. These socks are good but my only gripe is my fault. These are just a tad too thin for my turnout boots. I should have gotten the full padding. If you wear steel toe boots a lot I would suggest bumping up to the full padding.
Other than that these are comfortable socks that I enjoy wearing.
My husband loves these socks and has several pairs. They are very comfortable and don’t hurt his varicose veins. He loves the colors and patterns and highly recommends them to friends and family. They wash without shrinkage and wear well.
In December 2016, while shopping a discount store for merino wool-winter socks, I stumbled upon five pairs of Farm to Feet’s Damascus Crew. Three pair being the ‘every day’ light cushion, and two being the heavy cushion. These five pair of socks quickly became my “VERY FAVORITE SOCKS” and, during the cooler months, I literally wear
them E-V-E-R-Y single DAY. And have done so, every year since. (Nashville, TN - Estimate approximately
x five (years)
= 800 (wears & washes)
I’ve attached a photo to show how nearly perfect these “hardly worn-out” yet “hard-worn” socks still are FIVE YEARS AND MANY, many MILES later!
Thank you, FARM TO FEET, for providing a product of such outstanding (Made in America) quality!!
These f2f technical socks are made on a 200 needle threading machine (like most of their socks) is what the packaging says. Darn tough says their 168 needle machine makes 1441 stitches per sq inch... so that means that f2f is more, much more. I have 7 different pairs of f2f & my feet couldn’t be happier. I tell everyone about these. With this Damascus pair, they fit a bit tight & had to go upto xl (size 12). Just wish these were midweight cushion instead of lightweight.
I recently discovered this company and was immediately drawn to it as a 100% American based company. I decided to purchase a pair of these socks along with some of their other styles. This sock style along with the other are incredibly impressive. They are the best socks I've ever worn, bar none. Their customer service is phenomenal as an added bonus. No one will go wrong with any pair of socks they purchase from Farm to Feet!
These socks keep feet warm even when damp (as expected with wool ). The fit is a little sketchy though: "Large" =up to size 12 usually fits me but with this brand "large" is too tight. I tried "XL" and they fit better (looser) but the ankle/calf section is still quite tight. I doNOT have 'fat/thick' ankles, by the way.
Much better than the first two pairs that I bought.
You can hardly tell my Damascus socks from Farm to Feet are in this picture from the mud covering them. However, they are my favorite trail running socks! After creek crossings, the wool warms nicely and they do not hold water and have not caused me any chafing, etc. They are also super sturdy with the reinforced heel and toe areas. They hold up and stay comfortable through all my runs!
This is my second round of 6 pair of socks I have purchased. I wear these EVERYDAY and on my feet a lot. I love the socks and they hold up well. I have worn holes is several pair, but they have lasted 3-4 times longer than a traditional crew sock. Although the price seems high upon initial purchase, the comfort and life of the sock is worth the investment.
My absolute favorite sock for every day wear, but especially for hiking. I've tried other, similar, socks and ended up with horrific blisters (thickness? weave? I don't know...) but I've worn my FtF Damascus in some challenging situations (wet/dry/shoes not laced perfectly/sand/sludge) and have never had a foot issue (knock wood.)
After multiple washings (machine and by hand) and dryings (machine and hang/lay flat) they still fit like new and look nearly new.
The biggest problem I have is keeping my FtF socks segregated from my son's FtF socks.
Wore a couple of these on a 10 day elk trip and couldn’t be happier!
Awesome sock! I was worried that it would fall down being a crew sock but I am a 10.5 size foot and a large goes above my calf. All done with cotton socks that fall apart after a year. Customer service at Farm to Feet is A++ you will not be disappointed.
These are simply amazing. The light fabric has good ventilation while the padding on the toe box, heel, and top of the foot keep you from getting blisters.
Very soft and lightweight. Enough cushion for a comfortable hike.
Greatest feeling sock I have ever had on my feet.
Feel like any sock I’ve ever had.
I love the super soft and stretchy socks. They are super comfortable, yet fit snugly.
A nice solidly constructed sock but is showing wear (pilling, honeycomb degrading) after only 8 washes. My wigwam's & smartwool's are still perfect after 100 washings.
on my feet 10 hrs. a day , these socks are very comfortable.
well worth the money. I bought 5 pr.
I love my new Damascus socks! First outing with them was on a canyoneering trip in southern Utah. I will definitely be placing more orders with Farm to Feet!
the best everyday, lightweight crew sock I have ever found! I wear these socks every day to work(not the same pair); they are super comfortable, dry and cool.
Best socks I have ever owned.
My fiancée and I discovered Farm to Feet socks last summer and we love them. They are by far the most comfortable socks I've ever owned. I even bought them as gifts for others this Christmas.
Best everyday sock on the market. I also really like these for working out.
I started out buying these for my son, who needs an XL. which is hard to find. He loves your socks! And I love that they are made in the USA!! Now I buy them for my daughter, who is thrilled with them as well. Great quality and comfort. Thank you
The socks fit great and I like the extra cushion where I need it. Great socks
