I have about size 7 feet and am a pretty short guy. I get that I'm not a usually sized customer. I'm a medium by the size chart, but these socks were a bit big. When pulled tight, the heel rides up into my Achilles. The sleeve is also a bit long on me and slides down as a result. The material is sturdy and comfortable, and I like the style and design. I would recommend a smaller size if you're toward the bottom of the range on the size chart.

First, let me say that I really like the fit and feel of your socks. They are comfortable, durable and warm. Where the process breaks down is with customer service. I mistakenly ordered 1/4 length Denver socks when I meant to order 3/4 length. I emailed the company and got a quick response. I mailed the misordered socks back to the company on December 6th. To date I haven't heard back from Farm to Feet. I realize that it is the Christmas Season and everyone is busy. I realize too that the post office can and does lose packages from time to time. I inquired by email 4 days ago about the return and have yet to hear back. I love the socks and hope that this issue will have a happy resolution.
